Puthik English School (PES) was built on 3rd November 2006 by Mr. King Chanlay, the founder. It is registered in accordance with the law of Cambodia and recognized by the Department of Education and Youth as well as the provincial governor of Battambang Province.

Puthik English School was opened under the image of the house at the address: House No 446, Kamkor Village, Sangkat Svay Por, Battambang City and Province. According to the increasing numbers of students, Mr. King Chanlay decided to build more rooms, and now it consists of 22 rooms already.

At first, a lot of languages—English, French, Korean, Chinese, Japan..etc were chosen to run in Puthik English School, but in 2009 the management team of the school decided to choose and focus on only one language—English.

From 2006 to 2009, the school chose The Interchange Series to use as the course books for processing the learning and teaching procedure. And in 2009, the course books were changed to The English in Mind Series.

According to the demand of the students and because the school wanted to strengthen the quality of learning English language from first stage until adult, in 2012 the Kindergarten English Program was opened here. Now there are 3 main programs:

1. General English Program
2. Kindergarten English Program
3. English for Children Program

 

In addition to the 3 Programs above, the school has added Free Computer Course, Free for slow understanding students, Free for Entertainment Trip and Lucky Draw such as Motorbikes, Bicycles, Books, Phones, …etc
