Social Contribution or Participation


  1. KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB always celebrates Khmer New Year ‘s party for blind, mute-deaf children every year at the beginning of April.
  2. KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB always contributes it’s own money forcharity through Battambang red cross.
  3. People of company always help educate and support social activities. For example, No Drug abusing and drug abusing and drug trafficking are spread to Puthik English School’s students as well as other school in Battambang province.
  4. KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB offer humanitarian snack assistance to the patients at Battambang Province Referral Hospital from January 27th to February, 01st, 2014

Ethics Policy Of Company towards customers


This ethics Policy is applied for the benefits of customers and the reputation  of the benefits of customer and the reputation of the company itself. Consequently, every staff has to respect and follow this policy carefully:

 

  1. Installment services providing without discrimination staff of KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB must provide the service according to the repayment ability of customers, no discrimination, no racism , no religious discrimination or trend.
  2. Installment services’ offering is provided only under the ability of repayment not over. Staffs must take action and respect the installment policy in order to guarantees that the customers are able to repay and make sure that they don’t face the debt because of inability of repayment. Staffs have to explain clearly Fas out the consequences from using the installment service improperly.
  3. Communication with transparency:
  4. Staffs of KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB must give clear information to the customers about terms and guarantee that all contents or and guarantee that all contents or context meanings of the information is reached without anything hidden.

  5. Repayment or debt gathering with polite gesture and suitable action for solving the  problems of repayment or late payment staffs of KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB must avoid using rude or impolite words or activity in order to force or take advantages from customers. The process of gathering debt is done only with the respect of debt collection procedures accordance with law. Moreover , staffs must take debt resolution policy as the foundation.
  6. Respect of career ethics :

    Staff of KCLAY AKCHALNAKTROB must have good ethics for communicating with the customers. We all must guarantee that there are no corruption, fraud or improper activities which can violate the law. Any kinds of adjustment or correction must be taken if necessary.
